Booking
Booking & courts
How do I book a court?
Open the Courts page, pick a time that works, and confirm. You'll need a free Pickleplex account first — it takes about a minute to set up.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes — booking and payment run through your account so we can hold your slot and send you a confirmation. Browsing courts, pricing, coaches, and open play is open to everyone.
How far in advance can I book?
You can reserve a court up to 14 days ahead. Log in and the Courts page shows every open slot in that window.
What are Power Lanes?
Five of our sixteen courts are tech-integrated Power Lanes with automatic ball machines — ideal for solo drilling or dialing in a specific shot. The other eleven are social courts for regular play.
How many players fit on a court?
A court comfortably fits doubles — four players — or singles for two. Bring your group and split the court rate however you like.
Payments
Payments
How do I pay for a booking?
You pay securely online when you confirm — no cash needed at the door. Your court is locked in the moment payment clears.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and GCash through our secure online checkout.
Are prices per person or per court?
Court rentals are billed per court, so a doubles group can split one rate four ways. Open play and coaching are billed per player.
Do you offer memberships?
Memberships are on the way — we'll announce them soon. For now, pay-as-you-play court time, open play, and coaching are all available. See the Pricing page for current rates.
Changes & refunds
Cancellations & refunds
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes — manage any upcoming booking from My Bookings in your account. Cancel the slot you no longer need and book a new one that fits.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund to your original payment method. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable.
How do I leave an open-play session I signed up for?
Open My Open Plays in your account and leave the session — that frees your spot for someone on the waitlist. For coaching changes, reach out through the Contact page and we'll help.
Open play
Open play
What is open play?
Open play is drop-in, rotating pickleball — show up, get matched with other players, and rotate through games. It's the social heart of Pickleplex.
How do I join an open-play session?
Browse upcoming sessions on the Open Play page and reserve your spot. Sign in first so we can save your place.
Do I need a partner or a certain skill level?
No partner needed — come solo or with friends. Sessions are grouped by level so you're always playing with neighbors around your speed.
I'm brand new — is open play for me?
Completely. New players are always welcome. Read our Rules & How to Play page for a quick primer, then come rally — the regulars are a friendly bunch.
Coaching
Coaching
How do I book a coaching session?
Browse coach profiles on the Coaches page, find someone whose style fits, and book an opening that works for you.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching starts from the rate shown on our Pricing page; each coach sets their own. The exact rate is on every coach profile.
Do you offer private or group lessons?
Both — book a private session for focused one-on-one work, or join a small-group clinic to learn alongside other players.
Can beginners take lessons?
Of course. Our coaches work with everyone from first-timers to national-tournament players — tell them where you are and they will meet you there.

What should I bring or wear?
Non-marking court shoes and comfortable clothes are all you need — we've got paddles and balls if you don't. Check Rules & How to Play for the full first-visit rundown.
